Our 140 Fire Moonshine boasts sweet flavors of molasses and soy mill, complemented by a clean finish that will have you ready for anything! Banana Pudding Moonshine
Nothing speaks of classic southern cooking more than banana pudding! This dessert is loved by many for its sweet flavors combining vanilla wafers, whipped cream and bananas. Our Banana Pudding shine honors this quintessential dessert with a blend of our distillery’s 100 proof Original Recipe Moonshine and all the natural flavors you’d expect to experience - whipped cream, vanilla wafers, and bananas.
Single Barrel Select Aged 3 years
Using the same mash build as our moonshine, we take our spirits and age them in 53-gallon white oak barrels with a medium char and let them age for 3 years. The spirit is then taken directly from the barrel cut down to 100 proof with distilled water and bottled. We do not blend the 3-year, ensuring subtle differences between each uncorked barrel. Stay tuned for our next Single Barrel Select run. As the product name states, we only uncork one barrel, so availability goes quickly!
Private Reserve Bourbon Whiskey
This Private Reserve Bourbon Whiskey is aged in small to medium charred white oak barrels. Straight from the still, we fill these vessels with our 140 Fire moonshine and let it age for a full year to give you that sweet taste of caramel alongside notes of smooth charred oak.
Honey Moonshine
You can't go wrong when you add honey to moonshine. Hook and Ladder's Honey Moonshine has been made with a precise combination of clover honey, complementing our 100 Proof Original Recipe moonshines perfectly! 100 Proof Original Recipe Moonshine
The distinctive flavor of our 100 Proof Original Recipe Moonshine is created from a unique combination that starts with cutting our 140 Fire shine with filtered water. This process reduces some sweetness while enhancing the traditional corn and oat flavors in our mash. This 100 Proof Original Recipe Moonshine was awarded a Gold medal at the Denver International Spirits Competition in 2017.
Strawberry Lemonade Moonshine
Hook and Ladder Distillery has the perfect craft moonshine for your adult lemonade stand. Strawberry Lemonade Moonshine is made from a blend of our 100 Proof Original Recipe Moonshine with strawberry and lemon natural flavors. Take a sip and you’ll experience a taste of pure summertime with its blend of sweet strawberries dipped in freshly cut lemons. Cinnaburn Moonshine
We're proud to present you with our deliciously award-winning Cinnaburn Moonshine. We blend the perfect combination of vanilla and cinnamon for an experience like no other! Topped off beautifully in your favorite drink, it can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a mixed cocktail. The Bronze medal at the Denver International Spirits Competition in 2016 was presented to our Cinnaburn Moonshine.
BackdrAFT SPICED RUM
Our Backdraft Rum is distilled from fermented molasses and cane sugar. We distill not once but twice as we begin our nine-month-long production. First, we refine it once in a pot still, then move it to a 6-plated column still and filter it through carbon. The Spirit is then aged for 6 months in one of our recently emptied 53-gallon white oak barrels that contained our 3-year single barrel select bourbon. The rum is then barreled into a newly opened 5.3-gallon barrel that previously held our private reserve bourbon and aged an additional 3 months. Finally, our rum is unbarreled and spiced with eight natural spices for 2 months, including coffee, Madagascar vanilla bean, orange peel, cinnamon, Jamaican allspice, dried apricots, dried cherries, and black peppercorns.
Private Reserve Peach Whiskey
We’ve taken the Private reserve bourbon whiskey that has been loved by so many and made it even better. By taking 100 percent real peach nectar we have reduced the heat and enhanced the sweet making our Private Reserve Peach perfect for summer cocktails and camp fire sipping.
